Alexander Taft is the Managing Director of Structured Finance of Invesco Real Estate. Alexander is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Invesco’s European Real Estate business as well as the legal and tax aspects of property transactions throughout Europe and Invesco’s European real estate investment funds. He further implements the application of technology and the resources of the digitalisation to optimise Invesco Real Estate. Alexander began his investment career in 1999 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2008. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a partner with the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle and advised clients in all legal aspects of corporate real estate and M&A transactions. In total, he has more than 20 years of experience in international real estate transaction.
