We are streamlining the reservation stage and making property leasing, acquisition and disposition more secure, transparent and efficient. Concerns about legal details at the contracting stage, uncertainty related to earnest money deposits paid into a foreign account, and potential disputes at the closing stage of the deal, are all dealt with by PrepayWay.

PrepayWay is the perfect merger of IT, Finance, Real Estate and Law. In the legal part, we are doing several things that are unique and allow for a seamless transition from pure paper based contracts to smart contracts.
