metr was founded in Berlin in 2016 and currently has 25 employees. We unlock the data of real estate for a more cost-efficient, sustainable and secure building management. Our goal is to simplify the way people live and work in buildings with our solutions. This includes the residents, but also the employees of facility management companies and administrations. For this purpose, we are developing an intelligent platform for technical facility management - multifunctional, simple and secure. On our platform, we bundle various Smart Building stand-alone solutions and thus offer the housing industry a holistic and at the same time flexible solution for the technical management of their buildings.
