In addition, EINHUNDERT manages service processes related to energy generation and digital metering point operation. EINHUNDERT supports real estate and energy companies as digital service partner in offering their tenants solar power from their own roof. The vision is as relevant as it is simple: a CO2-neutral European building stock. Thanks to innovative software and standardised processes, we enable those companies to roll out multi tenant self consumption - efficiently across the entire building portfolio. Through the consistent use of smart meters, landlords have full transparency at all times about the economic efficiency, CO2 balances and energy flows of all systems. As a result, around one tonne of CO2 is saved per user per year.
