BERGFÜRST offers crowd-financing for real estate projects. The platform thereby provides real estate companies with a standardised access to mezzanine capital for both, financing their project developments and refinancing their portfolio property. The companies can thus carry out several projects at a time without being dependent on their own network of investors. Private investors and family offices can invest their money in single properties or real estate portfolios through the financings. The yearly returns of the investments vary between 5.0% and 7.0%.
