Über Tom Leahy

Tom joined RCA in November 2014 and is responsible for the development and expansion of RCA’s leading European and Global market analysis and analytics service for a global client base. He is a regular contributor to leading real estate periodicals and international newspapers. He is the lead author for RCA’s flagship Europe Capital Trends reports and presents at events around the world. Prior to joining RCA, Tom was an Associate Director and then Head of Research at UK-based property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton. He started his career as an analyst at research consultancy Property Market Analysis (PMA).
