Every digital transformation project starts with the same question: What problem are we actually trying to solve? Too often, organizations start with technology instead of understanding their operational challenges, the required data, and the business outcomes they want to achieve. That is where I help. I work with Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management and Workplace teams to translate business challenges into practical digital strategies, technical requirements and successful implementations. My work typically includes: • Digital strategy and roadmap development • Business and technical requirements • RFP preparation and vendor evaluation • Data architecture and system integration concepts • Pilot projects and implementation support Unlike traditional software vendors, I work independently. Over the years I have built a carefully selected ecosystem of technology partners that I know from real customer projects—not from sales presentations. I understand where each solution creates value, where its limitations are and in which situations it fits best. When appropriate, I connect organizations with the right expertise and the right partners. I also organize peer roundtables across Germany, bringing together Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management and Workplace leaders to openly exchange experiences, challenges and lessons learned. My role is not to sell more technology. My role is to help organizations make better technology decisions.
