Über Johann Stötter
Hans Stötter has been a full professor of geography at the University of Innsbruck since 1998. He studied geography, cartography and landscape ecology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). His scientific focus is on the field of geomorphology, remote sensing, natural hazards and risk research, climate change impacts, sustainability and transformation. Prof. Stötter is vice-chairman of the Climate Change Centre Austria (CCCA) and a member of the Steering Committee of UniNEtZ (https://www.uninetz.at). He is founder and partner of several spin-off companies of the University of Innsbruck in the fields of geoinformatics, remote sensing and climate change solutions.
