Insa von Jürgensonn brings over 25 years of extensive experience and a robust network in real estate investment management. Throughout her leadership roles at high-profile international firms—including Morgan Stanley, LaSalle Investment Management, and PATRIZIA—she has spearheaded business development, portfolio management, and the implementation of scalable, profitable organizational structures. Notably, as a member of the institutional sales leadership at PATRIZIA, she was instrumental in driving organic AUM growth in European markets from €7bn to €20bn. Building on her recent work with Northbound One and her tenure as a Professor at Fresenius University, Insa has gained in-depth knowledge in Sustainable Finance and ESG. This academic and advisory focus on the impact of non-financial ESG metrics has now culminated in her role as Head of Asset Management at Fidelity International in Kronberg im Taunus. In this capacity, Insa bridges the gap between ESG theory and operational excellence. She is currently responsible for pioneering "Brown to Green" strategies for logistics real estate across Europe, delivering measurable sustainability impact including: • Decarbonization: Reducing Primary Energy Demand (PED) by 30%. • Technical Retrofitting: Implementation of industrial-scale heat pumps. • Renewable Infrastructure: Comprehensive roll-out of solar energy systems across the portfolio. Insa holds an MBA and a PhD in Economics, along with a postgraduate degree in real estate economics from EBS (Oestrich-Winkel). She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
