The Future of real estate = zero emission. It’s the only quantifiable metric and nobody has the answer yet. I like to challenge startups to this. I help larger clients in impact investment, setting up stewardship driven initiatives and mutual beneficial partnerships with startups. My character is to initiate and accelerate new business models, find new ways of onboarding/collaborating with innovative solutions. Translating technology possibilities into economic context & an eye for the cultural fit. My method is to innovate by evidence, we all see trends and innovations, I have an eye to determine which are market ready and how does an activity make impact on the organization. With a lot of innovation project experience, I know about the importance of evaluating and compliance.
