Über Christos Chantzaras
I work on the conditions under which transformation becomes possible. Architecture is an innovation and a system design discipline — capable of shaping spatial, organizational and cultural structures for learning, empowerment and entrepreneurship. I work at the beginning — at phase zero, before plans are drawn, before decisions are made — initiating, framing and prototyping with enterprises, universities and municipalities. I work with institutions at moments when their structural decisions become irreversible. My work builds on Architectural Innovation Design (AID), a framework that integrates architectural thinking with organizational design and innovation management to shape long-term ecosystems for learning and transformation. I am Professor for Entrepreneurship in the Built Environment at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Previously at Technical University of Munich, I helped establish experimental innovation and venture environments including the TUM Venture Lab for the Built Environment. Architecture is not neutral. It structures futures. I do not claim results. I claim responsibility for structures. If you are working on transformation that requires new structures — not just new strategies — feel free to reach out. 📩 [email protected] 📖 Author: Architectural Innovation Design (Haufe, 2024)
