The project delivery of large to mid-sized construction projects is quite challenging and can often be hindered by cost escalations and scheduling delays.
Some of the key root causes of inefficiencies during project execution are: unclear work scope, and poor communication across the various parties involved. Furthermore, the limited accountability of different teams contributes to the need for rework.
Teknobuilt’s digitally integrated Project Execution System - PACE OS 4.0, helps overcome these issues by providing full visibility of the scope of work, managing dependencies and bottlenecks to workflow, and being the complete digital platform from design to installation of work packages.

The system provides a cloud-based Control Tower which helps in the monitoring and execution of work progress across design, engineering, contractors, sub-contractors, supply chain and project owners.
It provides a multi-user collaborative platform for seamless communication within the context of a work package. It augments intelligent responsiveness as the full digital history of work execution is captured in order to drive learning and continuous improvement, while the project is being delivered (not afterwards).
As the work packages progress to completion, the quality module enables a visual-led inspection and measurement of completion KPI’s, such as how many items were completed “Right First Time”. The live quality measurements and digital punch list reach the accountable parties while the crew is still on the site. This helps reduce costly rework by re-visiting teams. Now, for the first time, the teams involved can be incentivized with appropriate, objective measures of work completion to enable a mindset of quality performance.
The PACE OS 4.0 platform is modular and through its modules of: Control Tower for Advanced Project Execution, Collaborative Work Management, Safety and Quality Completions, the above benefits can be derived.
There are already existing solutions to assist with project scheduling, BIM data, ERP for supply chain and some other aspects of project delivery. What is lacking is a central place, where all the information from various systems is fed directly into the work execution stage, to be available at the right time to the right people.
PACE Platform, through its own modules or by integrating into existing tools, helps by connecting the disjointed tools & information of the process to various people in disparate locations for greater efficiency.
