The Aachener Grundvermögen is a financial investment management company according to the Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch (German Investment Code). The company based in Cologne was founded on 12th March 1973. The mission of the company is to acquire and manage real estates for legally independent investment funds.The Aachener Grundvermögen pursues a conservative, security-oriented and long-term investment strategy for their managed investment funds. Real estates are generally purchased for our permanent own stock. The main focus is on inner city retail properties in Germany. In addition retail properties are also acquired in Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Denmark.
