Aufgaben
- you work within your team on the planning and construction process of sustainable and innovative office projects from acquisition until hand over
- you assist pro-actively coordinating external parties and stakeholders with focus on planners and construction partners
- you start building up relationships with planners, consultants, general contractors and authorities
- you bring in pro-actively your ideas into the development process to optimize the project in terms of quality, quantity, costs and timing
- you assist in managing the project budget
- you assist managing all related technical contracts and figuring out development risks back to back with commercial contracts, e. g. lease contracts or sales contracts
- you bring in ideas of new ways to design and build projects with the target to reduce carbon footprint and improve sustainability generally
Qualifikation
- you love to take responsibility for a project and a team
- you have already first experiences of project management with focus on office utilization
- you are enthusiastic about innovation, sustainability and wellbeing and motivated to drive the future
- you are a team player with empathy and excellent communication skills
- you identify and address conflicts early to mitigate them
- you are able to cope with time pressure and dynamic work environment
- you have business fluent skills in German and English
