Katharina Feddersen is Partner for construction and real estate law in the Hamburg office of Osborne Clarke.
Her clients include well-known project developers, property developers, building communities, joint ventures, architects, engineering offices and other building professionals.
She has special expertise in the fields of legal advice during construction, HOAI, VOB/B, VOB/C, international construction contracts (FIDIC) and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs).
Katharina was admitted to the bar in 2002 and is active in construction and real estate law since then. She is a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law since 2008.
Katharina has published numerous articles on real estate law, is a lecturer in this field and is involved in real estate industry associations and urban development issues.
For example, she is a member of the Legal Committee of ZIA e.V. and a member of the Central Advisory Board of Hamburger Sparkasse AG.
