Chris Marlin is the President of Lennar International, a division of one of the leading homebuilders in the United States, Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). Lennar International was founded in 2014 and facilitates foreign direct investment in Lennar's U.S. real estate platform, matching foreign capital with Lennar’s varied U.S. real estate interests, including project level debt and equity, single family rental and institutional sales, funds, and asset dispositions. All the while marketing and selling Lennar’s U.S. homes to the world at a retail level.
Chris regularly comments to global media on cross-border investments between the U.S. and Asia, Latin America, and Europe and has appeared on Bloomberg’s Daybreak Asia, CNBC’s Squawk Box Asia, and Singapore’s Channel NewsAsia.
Chris is a director of the Atlantic Council, a member of the Intellectual Council of the Boao Forum for Asia, a member of AFIRE – A Fellowship for International Real Estate, and a member of the Global One Chapter of YPO – the Young Presidents’ Organization. Before leading Lennar International, Chris was the head of litigation for Lennar Corporation, practiced law in two large global law firms, taught constitutional law at the University of Central Florida, and served in the Carter Presidential Center’s Conflict Resolution Program on matters of post-genocide reconciliation.
