KeyNest is a network of over 34,000 partner locations across the UK and Europe where agents, hosts and property managers can store keys for properties, so that they can later be collected by staff, contractors and tenants. These locations are usually newsagents, cafés and taxi offices, as well as automated lockers located outside petrol stations, supermarkets and retail parks. Most locations are opened at the request of our clients, and are specifically chosen because of their long opening hours and proximity to client properties. There is currently a KeyNest Store within a seven-minute walk of 90% of UK and France-based properties. Thanks to 1500 of the stores being accessible 24/7, clients are able to provide property access at any time of the day. With KeyNests magic links, any user can have live online access to key’s status and view all the practical information even before they visit the store: have the key been dropped, what time is is available to pick up etc. This way, an agent, but also a contractor or cleaner can avoid unnecessary trips for the key pickup, or being there too early.
