DocEstate, a PropTech company based in Aschaffenburg, Germany, specializing in the digitization of official queries in the real estate segment, makes it possible to digitally apply for and provide official documents online to public administration, building authorities and government agencies. The young company distinguishes itself in particular by the nationwide document procurement in Germany and the close exchange between public authorities and real estate companies. Renowned law firms and investment managers such as DLA Piper, BRL BOEGE ROHDE LUEBBEHUESEN or BEOS are already among DocEstate's regular customers. In addition, the start-up has already successfully concluded cooperation agreements with the leading data room providers, such as Drooms. In addition, the company is currently being supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy. The business idea of the two founders Jerome Sprinkmeier and Christoph Schmidt was born during an internship at a Frankfurt RE investment company. The interdisciplinary core team of DocEstate consists of real estate specialists and software experts, who form the basis for the digital business model.
