BRICKSPACES was founded by Philip Schur and Giannis Paraskevopoulos in May 2014 in Essen. The young entrepreneurs use their internet platform www.brickspaces.de to provide short-term commercial rents for pop-up and showroom space in German-speaking countries. The platform operates similar to Airbnb, but in the commercial and not in the private sector.
On www.brickspaces.de landlords can make real estate for interested short-term tenants visible. BRICKSPACES supports potential Pop Up tenants in finding suitable locations for their ideas. To this end, the team offers special consulting solutions that are individually tailored to the respective customer. Pop-ups and temporary showrooms allow both large and established as well as unknown labels to create an intense brand experience for their customers and thus strengthen brand loyalty in the long term.
With over 1500 spaces in the portfolio, BRICKSPACES is the largest provider of short-term commercial rental in D-A-CH, offering visitors a wide variety of exciting spaces. Through a broad network in the entire German-speaking area, the provider has extensive access to numerous commercial real estate in the prime locations of large cities. Thus, the team led by managing directors Johannes Hauswald and Marc Selicke has already enabled the implementation of a wide range of projects on unique retail spaces. The company's customers include Volkswagen, Jaguar Land Rover, BlackBerry, foodora, mymüsli, Olympus and gadgets.
