With a combined experience of over 150 years of the senior team investing across geographies and strategies, we bring an investor’s perspective to everything we do. We launched our real estate investment management platform, Oxane CREST in late 2017, after three years of ground-up development. Oxane CREST has been built to address the inefficiencies and gaps in real estate investment management and our operating model has been designed to address the hesitancy in technology adoption. Our real estate technology platform, Oxane CREST creates a digital ecosystem that brings together all the data and stakeholders involved in a real estate transaction on a unified platform, bringing in transparency and collaboration. This digital transformation is enabled with a team of financial analysts who understand the intricacies of real estate investments and help clients adopt a new operating model that’s built on a strong technology backbone. Headquartered in London, we serve more than 80 clients across 15 countries with a growing team of 180+ professionals. Our clients include - 5 of the top 10 Global Private Equity Firms - 6 of the top 20 Global Investment Banks - 9 of the top 15 Global Private Debt Firms Over €200 billion of real estate deal flow has run through Oxane CREST and we are currently managing over €50 billion of real estate assets.
