We address real-time occupancy rate, tenant automated validation, broker-landlord communication, initial offering, fit-out pre-visualization, negotiation & contracting. We are a VC-backed proptech startup, and our solution’s goal is to accelerate the leasing of office portfolios with 3D web technology and a savvy management dashboard. Since our inception in 2019, our solution has been adopted by 15 clients from 3 European markets. We’ve raised 1,7 million EUR in funding in less than 2 years. We successfully graduated from Pi Labs London Accelerator program and have grown our team from 5 to almost 30 people.
