Bazimo is the first collaborative platform for managing tertiary assets. The application centralizes your data, documents and business procedures in order to harmonize them and reduce financial and technical risks. We offer a SaaS solution, available for all the actors around a building, including tenants. Through a well-defined set of accesses, each stakeholder can view and update their own data and information. The dataroom included in Bazimo is self-powered as part of the daily use of the different business modules of the application. The consolidation and harmonization of property management procedures are major challenges for investors who, thanks to our tool, will be able to better control their assets and save time for the entire management team.
